I hate this feeling!

It has been 1 year, 3 months and 14 days since I had a soda of any kind. The past few days...I have craved one. Some say it's just one won't hurt, but I know if I allow my self to have one, that will turn into a few a day just like before.
How can I get over this craving? What will be satisfying? I drink water and unsweetened tea and that it. I just want something different.
I need help......

    try carbonated fruit juice- it still tastes good but isn't as bad for you or addictive. or grapefruit juice emoticon beyond that i don't know.

    Robin I am not a soda person so I don't know if this would work but I love grapefruit juice and soda water. It is refreshing and fizzy. Of course when I do drink soda it is Fresca. If you are really craving though, they all say go for it. The craving will only get worse. what about going to the store and getting a single soda. Going home, taking some total "me" time and sit down and savor every minute of it. Then when it is gone there is no more. That is tricky though because only you will know that you can do it just once and get over the craving. I hope you get thru it. Over a year with out is a lot to sacrifice!

    I love cranberry juice, and what I do is pour half juice and half water with lots of crushed ice, cuz it's so strong or half cranapple with half seltzer sparkling water and it tastes really good kinda like drinking a soda!

    Have you tried Sobe flavored vitamin water or Crystal Light? Crystal light has a lot of great flavors for something besides plain water. I also like Fuze water. I think you would be surprised how soda tastes to you now. I too gave up soda about 2 years ago. I have gotten a soda a few times when there is no other option that I like or sometimes just crave it. I can hardly drink it and think why did I get this? Good luck on satisfying that craving!!
