I hate this feeling!

It has been 1 year, 3 months and 14 days since I had a soda of any kind. The past few days...I have craved one. Some say it's just one won't hurt, but I know if I allow my self to have one, that will turn into a few a day just like before.
How can I get over this craving? What will be satisfying? I drink water and unsweetened tea and that it. I just want something different.
I need help......
