Woo hoo! I'm doing it!!

Friday, May 08, 2009

It has been two months and I've been working out almost every day! I have made it a fun habit and I cannot believe I never got so into this before. I was seriously missing out! I stopped weighing myself and I started noticing results in the mirror instead. I'm looking pretty good!!!

And, to make it even better, my cousin who said about a month ago that I was getting obsessed just told me last week that he's been working out for the past two weeks! That's awesome! He told me that I inspired him. He said he doesn't have the same drive as me, but you know what? That's fine! You don't have to have the drive right away. I know I didn't. It took me sooooo long to get where I'm at right now. It definitely didn't happen over night. I have that drive now. I love that drive. I love working out. I love how it makes me feel. I love how I'm looking. I have energy. It's just so awesome!!

If any of you out there feel like you can't do it, please keep doing it anyway. Push yourself. See how far you can go. Just take baby steps at first. Before you know it, you'll be where you want to be. You'll have that drive. You'll love the results. You can do it! I'm doing it! It's the greatest feeling in the world! Woo hoo!!!

A year ago I had so many medical issues I never thought I'd be able to work out. BUt in January I was able to join a gym. I am limited in what I am allowed to do there, but I go every day and give it my all. MOst days I do not want to go, but I always feel refreshed (but exhuasted) afterwards. If I can do this, most anyone can!
    Keep up the great work!
