Finally got everything settled

Well I am currently in week 4 of my new job, and I have finally gotten settled and managed to stay on track. I haven't lost much weight over the last 4 weeks but I am so not sweating that because this has been a huge time of adjustment for me. I have it all figured out though.
I know wake up at 5 am mon-fri to get an hour of cardio in before I go to work. I have put the C25K on hold for the time being because I hurt my ankle the last time I ran and although its feeling better, I am more interested in taking the running thing a little slower. I want to give myself a few more weeks with my new schedule and then I plan to try it again. I have not given up on becoming a runner, lol.
On the 15th I get my second pay check and I am going to ANYTIME FITNESS that day to start my gym membership. I am fortunate that my company offers a discount with ANYTIME FITNESS and I plan to make use of it. As for now I am only doing cardio but once I start my gym membership I will add in some strength training after work. I plan to switch up days at the gym, do some days of cardio at home and some days of cardio at the gym, but I will always get my cardio in before work. I have found it is just too hard for me to get any form of exercise in once I get home from work. Once I have my membership I will walk two doors down from work and go to the gym before I even head home. BRILLIANT!!!!!
I am pumped again and back on track and I feel great. I have managed to keep losing despite one week with a gain so I have proved to myself that I am able to do this. I will always have setbacks and obstacles but my being able to bounce back from them proves to me that I am serious about making my life into a healthy one!!! GO ME!!!
