Next 10 lbs......GOAL #1

I skipped my weigh-in this week because I gained 2 lbs. It had to be from all the sore muscles growing from p90x. Now that I'm familiar with the program, I can add back my cardio to help me with my weight loss goals.
On a side note, you probably don't care, but I pose in the mirror after my p90 workout-and I see where my body is using to fat. If I had to show you, I'd be crawling under the bed. lol I told my bestest friend, that I don't need this baby belly or man boobs any more. lol
Feeling toned is a confidence booster, but seeing that scale stop shorter is priceless.
As confident as I feel about this next goal, the following one will really put 'ya boy' to the test. 238 has been my lowest weight since I cared about how much I weigh....and that was 10 yrs ago. WIth that, I must follow the SPARK. Personally, Professionally, and Physically: 2009 will be a transformation year for me!
