So I kinda beat myself up over all the yummies I had at my boys birthday party on Saturday.... I thought all my weeks work went completely down the drain cuz of gaining an extra pound instead of losing. BUT.... I noticed on my SP tracker that I had more than doubled the amount of sodium that I'm suppose to & figured it could have been cuz of that. Well, it's been a couple days so I decided to weigh-in again & I found that I went down 2.5 pounds!! Woot-woot!! It just goes to show that my work DID pay-off and that I shouldn't have been so frustrated about it. So now I am very thankful that I got back into tracking my food on SP..... cuz if I didn't notice all the sodium I consumed, I never would've weighed myself again (since I do it only weekly) and I probably would've beaten myself up the WHOLE week cuz of it! So use that tracker and review your consumptions..... it's a big help in the motivational field!
