1) You're doing so well! You aren't really losing weight, but you're also already at a healthy weight, and you're more concerned about eating better, anyway. You're doing a very good job of that.
2) People apparently read your blog! It's good to know this when you feel like you're talking to yourself.
3) You're making great progress in getting the rest of your life organized, and you're creating good new habits.
4) These next couple of weeks are going to be stressful, but you have nothing to WORRY about. You're going to be great, and you're going to have a lot of fun in the bargain. Just enjoy it as much as you can, and don't let your worries take over at any point.
