One Day At A Time

Well so far I am doing pretty good making my food portions smaller, which I feel has been making me feel a whole lot better than before. Last week I started walking a mile a day, which makes me feel sooooo good and energetic!! I forgot how exercising makes me feel so good. Right now it seems like I am losing my inches than weight, which is alright with me just as long as there is some type of progress.
