lost a bit more

ok, today is Saturday~which means "weigh-in day". I lost 1/2 a pound this last week. It wasn't much but I was just glad not to gain anything. I haven't had my computer to occupy my mind before bed, so I started munching on stuff that I shouldn't be munching on.

At work during any slow times..I started doing knee bends & calf raises. ! of the foreign exchange kids came around a corner and "caught" me and wondered what I was doing. I just told them I was bored and trying to stay awake.
Luckily another co-worker agreed to come over to check out my computer on Tuesday or Wednesday of next week.

    Ah, if there were only a foolproof, forever solution to the nighttime boredom munchies! If you come up with it before I do, let me know! You at least did something to exercise AND a half down is better than 2 up, ya know?
