Week 5 Down!!!

Hi all!!

I did my 20 minute run today..with NO problems!! At first, I felt some pain walking, but told myself I could stop and do it later today, or tomorrow if I needed to. The pain went away sooner than it came. Once I started jogging, I reminded myself to go very slow so that I would have energy for later. The next thing I knew, I soared! I was halfway through...then, I was running faster and steadier..and then, I WAS DONE!!

Week 6, here I come :0
