I don't have time for a long blog, I'm on my way to bed to get my beauty sleep!
But since I have started my new strength program yesterday, I want to post my strategic measurements as of now.
Have I told you how SORE I am, by the way? Aiaiaiai!
And woohoo! As of weigh in today I'm half way to my final goal and have lost 32 kg. I have another 32 kg or so to lose.
I expect it to take time, but meanwhile I enjoy the journey and relish in all the things I can DO that I didn't have the stamina for before I started training.
Here are the measurements - showing centimeters lost since I started eleven months ago:
Neck - 6 cm
Waist - 20 cm
Chest -12 cm
Hip -15 cm
Tummy - 17 cm
Rear - 12 cm
upper arm - 10 cm
Wrist - 3 cm
Mid thigh - 26 cm
Calf - 3 cm
It's difficult for me to really believe these numbers, but when I look at the clothes in my wardrobe I have to!! Guess I'll do some spring cleaning this Easter and get rid of a whole lot of summery clothes that I can't use anymore.
I'll have to see if some can be re-fit and others will have to go to a friend. Guess I'll buy something cheap for this summer season, as I don't plan to stay at this weight for long, I'm on my way further down the scales.
