I thought I would blog early just because I usually don't!
Today, I started out at 7am cleaning the fitness center. 8am "aerobic" class turned into lizard walks across the floor combined with dump truck tires(steps, jumps, push ups, tricep dips, and squats with biceps curls...all with the tire), and finished up with a 1/2 mile run outside. Seen 4 clients and onto the noon "ladies only" class. Basically 25min of ab/core work.
Tonight, I have 30 min of Nearly yoga (basic stretching) and 60min of women's self defense.
I really like Fridays! I have been able to eat throughout the day. I feel betterwith some good calories in me!
Besides that, I'm just laying around the house eating bon bons!
Tomorrow is another fun filled day of exercise. 1 hi/lo aerobics class, 2 power yoga classes, 1 hour dance lesson, 1 client and 4 hours at the Center for an open house.
Did I mention how much I'm going to enjoy getting away next week? I'm stoked!!!!
