10 Ton Challenge Over!

Well we completed the challenge over 10 weeks. 7000 started 2400 stayed with it. We made the goal in week nine. My Goal was 10# and I lost 8.5# not to bad. I am convinced that I would have made if I did not get my rotor cuff injury in week six. I had to stop weight training. I was able to walk so I did. Today was my last day PT. Still restricted from weight lifting for a while. Here is the big news their was two main prizes. 1st was a year @YMCA for family and second was a Wii +Wiifit. I have gotten my wife to be a lot more serious about her weight loss. She joined the challenge too. Yep, you guessed it she won the Wii package her and our son are both so lucky....well they got me don't they?? Hit the trails it is beautiful out there!
