Back on track

I have started working out with a buddy (a couple weeks ago) and this has really helped us both. She was struggling since the holidays too. We have found that working out with a partner REALLY helps with accountability, and we both need that right now. We are members of different gyms but are in the process of joining the same gym so we can continue to work out. Her partner bailed on her and I never had one to begin with, so we both really needed this.
I am also being much more diligent with my food intake, and watching what I eat. I am not eating sweet treats like I had been for the last few months. I am shocked that I haven't gained weight through all of this but I haven' t lost, which is the plan!! So I'm back on track and looking for some success on the scale SOON!! PLEEEZZ!!!
