I ate rather well today. I just didn't eat enough. I feel very stuffed. Good news is that I'm in my sodium and protein range.

It's amazing how full I feel. Not bloated full, just satisfied. Bad part is I ate little over 1200 cals today and burned about 500 in exercise. I need to plan better! The next 2 days are going to be crazy. I have a full schedule of the fitness center and clients. I'm trying to fit everyone in this week because I'm headed to Great Lakes, ILL. to my son's graduation. It will all be worth it. I get to visit him. I will get some needed down time with my hubby. I'm getting a hotel with a indoor pool and work out area. Just because I'm on vacation doesn't mean I won't work out!
