Week 4 down!

I just came back from the gym, where I put in 2.68 miles for Week 4 Day 3 of Couch to 5k! I feel amazing!!! And proud of myself :) I guess the best way to get out of a hole is to do something about the situation! I'm crawling out, and feeling strong :)
