Not a good eating day!
Under in cals, carbs, and fat. Over in sodium and fiber, but Hey!! I hit protein. Woohoo!
I really have trouble eating on the weekends. I really do try and eat healthy, but it's just not enough food. I am stuffed and am not going to try and eat anymore tonight. The last time I did that, I didn't sleep well.
Tomorrow is another day. I run tomorrow. I'm sure my body will feel the snow shoveling I did today, tomorrow! If not, might do some lower body work. Hard to say.
I'm excited. I get to set up an obstacle course for the hubby this week. He test with Indep. Police Dept on Sat. He has to do this course in under 3min 30sec. Shouldn't be a problem, since he's drop 30lbs now and he runs with me. We are wanting to keep his time down around 3 min.
