Well, I was supposed to do W1D3 of the Couch to 5k program on Tuesday, but I've been sick the last couple of days so I did it tonight! Before I got on the treadmill, I was a bit worried that it would be hard for me since I haven't ran (or well, jogged realllyyyy slowly haha) in 4 days, but it wasn't! It definitely wasn't easy, but it wasn't any harder than it was on Sunday. I'm only in Week 1, but I'm soooo proud of myself for finally doing this program. I've always wanted to be a runner.. for as long as I can remember. In middle school, i wanted to try out for the track team but i didn't because i thought i was too fat. Now, 12 years later, I'm actually starting to run! I will do this!
Also, I'm signed up for a 5K on Memorial Day.. I've signed up for this same 5K for 3 years in a row and, this is embarrassing to say, but this will be my first time to participate in it! I'm so excited about it! My fiance and my best friend are both running/walking it with me! :)

I've eaten really good this week! I've been planning out my meals and just being more conscientious of what I'm eating. It's amazing how much better I feel when I eat better. Absolutely amazing. Fast food and all the other crap I used to eat would always make me feel horrible! I would be so sleepy and lazy all the time!
Earlier this week, I ordered some PB2 and Fiber Gourmet noodles from netrition.com.. they arrived today!!! I tried out the PB2 earlier... yuuummmm! Of course, it's not just like peanut butter, but i really like it! I made a low cal pb&j sandwich! how awesome is that?!!? I'll probably try out the Fiber Gourmet noodles tonight or tomorrow... I'm interested in seeing what they taste like.
