Woo hoo! it's only 8:35 on a Sunday morning and I've already worked out!!!! I'm going to eat breakfast with a friend this morning and I just happened to wake up early.. so, I hopped on the treadmill!
Here are my W1D2 stats :)
distance: 1.728 miles
I was walking sooo fast towards the end so that I could beat my calories and distance from Day 1.. and I did it! Wahoo!
When I get in a little better shape, I'll start working on my speed.. as of right now, I'm just proud of myself for actually getting on the treadmill. So, I wont worry about speed just yet :)
Okay, off to breakfast! :)
