Perhaps some of you may have forgotten me,.
as it's been awhile since I've been on here. I am trying my best to get back on track again. I changed and updated my page and added new pictures and hopefully I will stick to it this time and accomplish something. I am starting out by drinking 4 20oz, bottles of water a day. then I need to start walking, and get that into a routine, then work on portion control with my food. So, hopefully you will be hearing from me more often now.
By the way... I did lose 2 lbs. since I had been on here last time, which was Feb. 6th. I weighed 244 then.
