I was really excited today. I met Russellorama at the fitness center to train her. She won a month long challenge with a local team. I got to show her how to do stuff at home with the equipment she has. I really enjoyed that. We brainstormed a little also.

After that, hubby and I went to Gold's Gym. My little hole in the wall gym is nothing compared to that huge complex! It was really cool to see people that I knew there. We worked lower body. One of the trainers, Keith, is planning on coming to my facility and teach a couple nutrition classes. One on wt loss and one on eating while training. There is actually a huge difference. That will be awesome! It's nice to network.

Kent had to work tonight, so I buzzed back to the center. Some of my folks are sick, including myself, so I wanted to make sure everything was good in paradise! I ended up "warming" up the advanced class. I was sucking wind big time, so were they, but for different reasons! My legs were talking to me for sure from earlier workout. It's all good!

I'm just relaxing right now. Getting ready for the shower, nyquil, bed.
