Friday the 13th!!!

Friday, March 13, 2009

I instructed 2 classes today. Had a great time, but my legs are soooo sore I can barely move today. My butt hurts so bad that I could barely stand sitting on it during yoga on a very thick mat. I had to have a heart to heart with the new trainer about not listen to the needs of his client, which happened to be me yesterday. He thought I was whining and making excuses. I was very quick to respond that I don't whine or make excuses. I really don't like neanderthals! I wonder if there will ever be a time that men will respect women working out in the gym. He also found out that I'm educated and acted shocked. That really took me over the top today.

Lesson for today is: If you hire a personal trainer, find out everything about that trainer. Make sure they listen to your needs. Make sure they have your best interest at heart. If you don't feel comfortable with that person...fire them as your trainer and find someone better.

Venting, Breathing, Venting, Breathing!

Tonight, I took a very easy 30 minute yoga class...nothing but stretching and self defense class. I only hit the floor once. I felt much better after all that, but the legs/butt still hurt. Then I started home and I received a phone call from the hubby. I have a dog named Max. Max doesn't have a lot of sense about him, but he is really cute and runs well with me. Max likes to eat our house, carpet, siding, etc...He is always kennelled when we are gone. Cass thought she had locked him in. NOT! Kent informed me that Max got into the trash and must have ate something that didn't agree with him. Max is still alive first of all. When I got home and opened the door to the putrid smell of poop and puke...well, I really thougth about turning around and leaving, but Kent had already seen me. I'm thankful that only the living room has carpet. Max is feeling better.

We finally ate dinner around 9:15. It's all quiet in the house. Kent and the girls are playing the game. Kents losing and mumbling under his breath. TEEHEE!! Otherwise, it's been a great day. Just another normal day around my house. You just never know what you are going to walk into...errr....step into! emoticon

This is what I love most about my life. I never have a dull moment. I guess it's a good thing I don't let too much get to me. I just work out twice as hard!

Strong Mind, Strong Body, Painful Legs! emoticon

eeewwww!!!! I hate coming home to a mess like that! Lucy had a huge mess in her kennel one day. I dragged her and the kennel out in the yard and hosed them off and then had to work on the carpet. LOL.

    WHat a day!!!!!

Well, he DID challenge you! I know, sweet & sour!
GOOD JOB on the venting/breathing --- whatever you do, KEEP BREATHING! LOL
That was NOT NICE of Max to do that to everyone! YIKES! I'd have tried to run away, too!
