One of my recent downfalls is not structuring my meal times. I realized that eating breakfast at 10am or later was lethal, as I ended up ravenous in the evening. The new policy is hence breakfast by 9am, whether I've worked out or not. And this breakfast MUST include protein. The second rule is to start keeping track of whether or not I have meals every day. If not, I snack all afternoon...and I'm not really hungry for dinner, but eat it anyhow. So, tonight, I did a much better job of spacing out my afternoon snacks, and I'm hungry. I had plenty of veggies, too! (yay). Dinner is steamed potstickers and a yam. Its a step in the right direction!

    I have the same issues...and sometimes I forget to eat altogether and then I will be so starved that I will eat everything later in the day!
