Okay, I'm still breathing! Worked today at the Fitness Center, at KU Med Ctr, and 2 private tonight. I home already!!! It's only 7:30. I have even ate dinner...grilled chicken over a bed of mixed salad greens.
I did my yoga this morning and did my "plank" work before heading to the Med Ctr. I'm not sure how I'm going to log them. I like holding planks for 2 minutes at a time and do several variations of planks. By the time I'm done, I have shakey body syndrome. I just need to get ice cream, ice, strawberrys and shake away for a great strawberry shake! It's a good thing!
I have one more long day before an easy day. No sweat! Okay, maybe a little. I meet with the trainer tomorrow. I asked him to work lower body tomorrow. I was excited last week when I seen him. Did some new stuff and thought I would be sore, but that never happened. I will have a double whammy tomorrow. I teach high impact step aerobics in the morning. My other staffer who is a trainer, Pat, gave me passes to Gold's Gym. He wants to work out with his trainer a couple days. That should be interesting. I will see him on Monday. We like to share the "pain" in my field, but better yet, we like to share ideas and knowledge. We are like 8 year old kids showing off what we learned at school to our parents! "Look what I can do, Look what I can do!!!"
