I originally set my goal weight to 140 but once I reached 145 my doctor told me not to lose anymore weight, it was enough. I am proud to say that throughout the winter I have maintained my weight of 145, sometimes within a pound or two.
OK so here goes.
I am going to try to get back down to 140 which was my original goal, without driving myself crazy. I see how easy it is to go back to old bad habits so by setting a new goal I think I can definitely keep myself motivated.
It's been a long cold winter and barely walked a few times. Spring can't come soon enough and not only do I intend to walk daily but build up my distance and walk further.
American Idol time but I wanted to write this before I forgot.
