I just started today with my adventure on Spark People's diet, but I have dieted before and the weekends are hard because my husband is naturally skinny and he is home all day and he eats, munches, snacks and wants pizza and chips for football in the fall and watches movies and sits. It is hard to get out and exercise when I have a lot of homework to do (which means I sit on my rear a lot) and he doesn't go with me for walks because he has a bad back. I am on my own (or at least I was until I found Sparkspeople. God Bless and Good Luck to us all.
