Dealing with setbacks

Tuesday, February 24, 2009

It is so hard to get back on track. If I could just stay focused, and not let other people interrupt my time I would do a lot better. I have a problem with saying NO to other people.

I am learning to keep taking baby steps and not just give up. I stopped exercisig last July and haven't been back on track. However my co-worker and I take a 5 minute break and run in place, stretch, punches, etc. every 99 minutes. Some days we are too busy when the timer goes off, but we try to do something throughout the day.

Good for you! All those small breaks will add up!! When I get impatient, I try to remember that small daily (healthy) habits will add up to a revolutionary change in my life. Here's to a healthier YOU! emoticon
