Weekend Update

So, I had my second free meal of the weekend today. It was okay. The bad stuff doesn't taste so great anymore. I would have honestly been happier with my accepted foods. But, I'm not going to lie, I did enjoy the small chocolate indulgence. And I was proud of myself for having a stash of 100 cal dark chocolate bars, and a 1/2 cup of cocoa for the occasion. I would have laughed at such an indulgence just a week before :0 But I don't need or want the sugar rush.

So, the shoulder is still a challenge. Now, the other one hurts too. I think I'm going to have to go out and buy a better adjustable chair tomorrow. This current one, although it cost $100 at time of purchase and has amazing lumbar support, has arms that don't adjust and are way too low for me. The gravity pull is so bad on my shoulders that I really need to rest them on something when I am at the computer. I'm also going to ice tonight while I watch TV. I also haven't been working out, because last week's weight session made this feel so much worse. I'm going to take it easy, maybe do spinning/biking, elliptical versus the other stuff. I'll ease into it by Tuesday.

I'll keep you updated. I'm believing this will get better soon. I promise to schedule another physical therapy session. This is a bad time to be cheap...my body is my biggest investment (right after my soul ;)). You take the priceless stuff for granted.. I tell ya...
