Roaring to Go!

Well, I've made it through my second week at the gym and each day I wake up ready to go at it again. Even when I leave, I am looking forward to my next workout session. I had a really good strength training class and I made it 30 minutes into the spinning class. My goal is to make it the full 60 minutes in spinning. Hopefully I will meet my goal soon.

    SHEESH, girl, you otta' have BUNS OF STEEL (LOL!!) like our SUETINGE-Sue, in no time at all!! We have a few teachers (that I know of) on our team... OMELYN-Lynn and 2LABS2LOVE-Christie, come to mind right off the top of this tired ol' noggin' (hehe!) and it's sooo gr8 to see you jumping right in!!
