Roaring to Go!

Well, I've made it through my second week at the gym and each day I wake up ready to go at it again. Even when I leave, I am looking forward to my next workout session. I had a really good strength training class and I made it 30 minutes into the spinning class. My goal is to make it the full 60 minutes in spinning. Hopefully I will meet my goal soon.
