Increased Calories...Lost Weight

OK, you Sparkers are awesome! I read some of your blogs about increasing the calories to get the scale to move down and it worked. I had gained when I was keeping the calories low so I started eating more and I lost 2 of the lbs that I had gone up as of last week. I still had one to go to get back to where I was. This morning I weighed and lost that one lb and another one also so the scale is moving in the right direction again! emoticon

    I had tried it the second time and I gained. So it depends on peoples metabolism. .

    You were lucky in loss that way.

    I kept my water intake daily of 6 water being told .

    So I loss 3 pounds this week. They say that helps metabolism.

    Oh my! This is just what I was thinking about. I actually gained last weighing, and I've been keeping on the low side of my allowed calories. Indeed, I had to eat more to get within them a couple of times. So maybe this is what I should try?
