Increased Calories...Lost Weight

OK, you Sparkers are awesome! I read some of your blogs about increasing the calories to get the scale to move down and it worked. I had gained when I was keeping the calories low so I started eating more and I lost 2 of the lbs that I had gone up as of last week. I still had one to go to get back to where I was. This morning I weighed and lost that one lb and another one also so the scale is moving in the right direction again!
