New goal

I have been walking for one mile on the treadmill every day last week and plan to walk for the month of February. I want to add more steps every day to see how long I will walk at the end of February.
I have not been doing well with losing weight. I took out my points finder from weight watchers and to see how many points I have eaten so far today. I can eat 22 points and I have eaten 16 pts already. Oh well, just will just keep plugging. On monday, I will doing a spin class (30 minutes) and Tuesday is a new class, Zumba, that should be a lot of laughs with my 2 left feet.
