2 month Check In - (6/14/08)
Tomorrow is my two month anniversary of using spark pages. I have lost 12 pounds. Yea, 12 pounds and at the same time... only 12 pounds. I lost the first 10 pounds in the first month. Sugar continues to be one of my weaknesses.

3 month Check-In - (7/14/08)
Ok so I'm down about 19 lbs. My biggest challange VACATION. I leave for a cruise in two days and of course I am worried about gaining weight.

4 month Check-In - (8/14/08)
Today is my nephews 12th birthday. I still hovering around 170. I'm still waiting for 165. I'll keep my fingers crossed and my mouth shut. :-)

5 month Check-in - (9/14/08)
Rough month - My sister passed. She had Breast Cancer that eventually spread to her liver. My eating has become emotional eating. I'm back at work (teaching) and my kids are so busy that it is so much easier to just pick up fast food. I did finally make it to 165.

6 monuth Check-in -(10/15/08)
I am getting tired of the same food. I am now at 163. Every morning I get up and weight myself. I've seen 160, 160.5, 161, but I can not break the the 160 mark. I still crave sugar everyday (cake and cookies). Today I setteled for an apple. YEA.....

7 month Check -in-(11/15/08)
Now down to 157/158. I'm riding a roller coster right now. I can't stay away from candy. I'm only eating the fun size but it's two, three, four a day. Sugar has always been my weakness. I would still like to meet my gaol of 140 but with the holidays I just want to maintain through the holidays..........

8 month Check-in - (12/12/08)
No change - Now 157 -162. I'm still eating candy and not walking. But I log everyday. I just need to get through the COLD weaather. I like to walk outdoors and it needs to be at least 60 degrees. So for now my mato is maintain....

10 month Check-in (2/16/09)
162 lbs - I'm tired of logging every Day. I'm craving fastfood. My weight is slowly creaping up - 1lb a week. So I'm trying to buckel down. I refuse to go backwards. I woould not mind staying at 160lb but no more. My goal continues to be 140. One Day !

    Have you tried sugar free candy? Atkins makes a wonderfully chocolate bar name caramel nut chew. It taste just like a snickers bar. When I first started trying to delete sugar out of my diet I couldn't live without it. emoticon
