Second Fitness Diary entry

I have been keeping at it! I have been trying to put a bounce into every step. I dance whilst brushing my teeth ( a DONE girls dance) and bound up and down the stairs. Last night I did my first aerobics in over 20 years - using the 5 step fat attack DVD (which is full of Steps classics, great to move to) and lasted about 15 minutes of the hour long routine !, but can now see how much fitter I can get if I keep at it. Today I accidently walked for an hour! My fitness tracker diary explains what happened!-
Due to a catalogue of incidents (basically needing to get from a meeting in Victoria back to my office in fleet street, the black cabs protesting around trafalgar square causing traffic jams around parliament square, whitehall, trafalgar square, embankment and the strand, and me forgetting I could get the tube part of the way) I ended up walking for an hour accross London in very high heels. It was an unexpected workout - my calves still ache about 7 hours later! But it was a good way of getting exercise and fresh air during the day! Not that I will be rushing to do it again!
