I start out at Cape Henlopen State Park in Delaware. The website says it's great for sunbathing and swimming (brrrr!) and you can even rent umbrellas! They have lots of nature and historical trails to hike and bike, too.
I've never been in Delaware before so I'll probably take it slow to do some site seeing.
