This is my first time using this site. So far I have found it to be very helpful. It is good knowing you aren't the only one struggling with problems that often tend to let weight gain get the best of you.
My Story:
After high school my weight gain has been on and off. Most diets I have tried tend to be more hurtful than helpful. However; last year I was more motivated to loose weight than ever. Not only were there risk of diabetes and genetic weight gain more than anything but, I was planning my wedding! I wanted to shed unwanted weight to look the best on my day. Unfortunately there was a huge change in plans. My soon to be husband left and found someone else. Now, number one rule never loose weight for a man. But, I think it's fair to look better than his new girlfriend. I find that healthy for anyone! Never the less I have been in a funk for the past few months. I lost a job due to personal reasons between me and him and his mother imagine that. Also he took the car. great.. So instead of thinking about it I am going to do it. I am going to visit my wonderful doctor's office soon. It is full of the best people who are willing to talk to you and educate you on the best and healthiest ways to get the pounds off. Also, not to mention the fact it is the most uplifting office you could ever walk into. Who would think anyone would be excited to have a doctor's appointment. The specialize in nutrition. I am keeping a daily food journal and using this website which seems extremely informal. I am ready to update my progress with other people and get the body and health I would love to have! I am very grateful to have found this website. Also the blog is a useful way to express what I am going through with everyone else. Wish me luck!
