Each pound would take an average of 8 days to lose at this rate. Not too bad, but i'd like to step it up for just 2-3 weeks.
I am not hungry. I am eating very well and feeling good. My motivation is high.
I'm pretty sore from 3 days of working out after none for months, but it feels satisfying. Took it easy today with just 10 minutes of stretching.
A little trouble feeling that i have enuf selections for breakfast and lunch, esp when i'm at home.
