Official Resolution:

Short Term Exercise Goal: Make sure that I meet my weekly goals and challenges.

Short Term Diet Goals: Making sure that I track my food everyday. That I get all my fruits and Veggies too. Also getting all my proper water intake. Basically making sure I stay within my calorie range.

Short term Sparkpeople Goals: Meeting the group requirements posting daily and goals.

Long Term Goals:To meet my 185 lbs goal and to stay at that. I want to be healthy for myself and my son.
