So I have been feeling under the weather and then we just had over 10" of snow dumped on us. Normally this is where I tend to throw in the towel and fall of the healthy path I have been on. After posting the question do you exercise while sick, I found that it is best to let your body tell you what it needs and then listen to it. I missed one full day, I really needed the rest and then started adding my routine back into play as well as trying to maintain eating right. All and all I am doing great. Over the holidays I had follow off a little and was back up to 198 at one point today I am back to 194 and have to get the last 30 lbs off and then go back to my gastric bypass doctor to record my results and maybe schedule some plastic surgery for my excess skin. Still looking forward to 2009 and knowing it is going to be a great year!
