Boot Camp Day 2

Managed to get my workout done at 11 pm-dishes are still in the sink though-lol guess clean dishes wont better my health
The workout was good-after the first day I was expecting more cardio-it was nice for a change.
I havent been able to get 30 min of cardio in yet. By the time I work and get home-cook a meal and get the kids settled after homework it is almost 9 and I am done.
I do feel better and notice that my mood has improved. I really enjoy the challenge of the boot camp.
