Time...way back in time weight was not a problem for me. I could eat anything that I wanted and not worry about it. Back in 1994 when me and my hubby started dating I was a size 0 and thought I was fat. I look back at the pics and think I was too skinny. Now I look in the mirror or in pics and think gross. When I graduated high school I weighed 98 pounds. Now all has changed.
But it is a new year and a new start.

My starting weight is 202.8
chest 40
hips 48
waist 41
left thigh 28
right thigh 28

BMI 36.9

I have a few was that I am going to reach a few small goals for myself. One is I love the Biggest Loser. But how do I watch it...sitting on the couch eating or laying in bed if I taped it. This season I am going to move to the groove with my fav. trainers. I am going to do some type of exercise while I watch the show. I hope by the end f this season I will have dropped 25 pounds.

The wii group I am in does weekly challenges and a year long challenge.

Plus the bootcamp is going on. I really want to get invlved in this.

If life could wait on hold while I got back in shape this would be much easier to do. But I know that this won't happen so I have to take it one day at a time.
