BIG major lifestyle change, AGAIN! I quit smoking on Novemebr 15th 2008 with the help of my sparkteam WITHOUT WHOM I WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO DO IT!! I am constantly amazed at the support, and camaraderie, and genuine caring that team members lavish upon each other, to the extent that many of my team members are as dear to me as my local friends. I just want to say, that now that one goal has been accomplished (I think I am fairly confident that smokng is in my history), it is time for me to start on the next goal, which, of course, is getting back down into my skinny jeans - and giving my poor horses a break!
Thanks to all of my team mates, and best wishes to everyone.

I'm so proud of you! I never did take up smoking because I remember my dad and mom saying over and over not to since it was so hard to stop and I'd be sorry. At least I can congratulate myself for having listened to something they tried to teach me.

You must be proud of yourself and I'm sure you've already begun to notice some health changes in your body. My dad declared up and down how much better he felt once he kicked the habit.

I hope the 'work' world is treating you kindly! It's back to work for me bright and early in the morning. Ugh.

Jan, the best is yet to come emoticon
Don't give up on the weight gain, it's going to come back off, I guarantee it!
You smell better now and you haven't ruined any clothes from burns from ashes.
You have made a BIG change and the whole universe is congratulating that. You are my friend forever...not just because you quit smoking though. emoticon
