I'm back and trying it again...

Santa brought us a Wii Fit so I've been doing that and I've joined back up with Stormy's challengers and hoping to take off 10 pounds this month.

I'm also doing the bootcamp here on SparkPeople so we will see how that ties in with the 10lb challenge!!!

    I'm glad that you are back ,and giving it another try. It's great that Santa brought you the Wii ,too. I hope that you are having fun using it. About losing 10 lbs, in one month, this might be too much to ask for. I would consider no more than losing 5 lbs, in one month. I think it would be a more realistic goal, and heathier ,too. Slow and steady wins the big race for the life time. I think that when people lose it too fast, it can come back on just as fast as losing it, with more added on, to boot. We don't need that. I think most health officials figure a one or two lb loss per week. On the challenges, I do the ones that I can, and the ones that I can't , I try to substitute another exercise to take the place of it. Good Luck on all of your goals. You can do it, just hang in there, and give yourself a chance.
