Well, here it is the night of Christmas. I think I did fairly well so far. My daughter is also trying very hard to lose weight and become healthier, so she was the cook today. I had a reasonable sized slice of white turkey, sweet potatoes cooked in cider with apple slices, tbsp. whole wheat dressing, peas, squash, cranberry sauce, and a roll, water to drink, and tea later. I nixed on the mashed potatoes and gravy (patting on back), but I had a small piece of apple crisp. The only problem I had this week was with ju jubes. I am a candy junkie, and normally don't have any in the house, darn. Hopefully by next Spring I will have lost the next 20 that I have left. I will weigh in next Monday, and probably have gained, but I am anxious to climb right back on the wagon. SEASON"S GREETINGS to all.

Thanks for inviting me to your blog. Yup, I definitely see the parallels there. Good luck to you! We can make better choices, get through the mistake, and keep going.
