Slow but still progress :-)

Okay so in a lil over month and I've lost about 9 lbs. Not setting any records here but some loss is better then none I guess. I am still not exercising as much as I'd like but I think in time I will build up enough stamina to complete one of my aerobic tapes and walk for an hour a day. I'm trying to walk my moose of a dog more. She is still in her puppy phase so she has so much energy to burn so she loves that I'm now taking her on longer walks. Soon I will be able to turn up the intensity and really burn some calories.
My mom has challenged me to do my gazelle for thirty mins everyday but so far I haven't done it for thirty mins yet and I have skipped some days due to health problems. But I still try to stay active as much as possible, even when I feel sick or have one of my famous migraines.
