Still at it

The scale still isn't moving much, but I am sticking to the exercise. Got my blood pressure rechecked and it has dropped 22 points!!!!!! I am now in the normal range! This is just from exercise - no meds. It is amazing how if you take care of your body, it will take care of you. I still struggle with drinking the ol' water - but I get atleast 5 fruits and veggies in everyday along with the exercise - so I feel so much more energy. Its funny how I used to hate exercise - but now I love it!

    Good for you sticking to the exercise and better foods. I need to really get more serious about the fruits and veggies each day. I wish after almost 2 years that I could say I actually enjoy the exercise. I don't...and especially not at the new gym. Loved the circuit gym but they closed.

    Anyway...keep it up!!

    Congratulations! I know what you mean about the exercise. Before I started this I dreaded the thought of it...even a short walk I'd be like "can't we drive?"
    Now I look forward to exercising. Funny how fast that happens!!

    I have the opposite struggle - low bp - but the water and exercise seems to keep that in check too! keep drinking and exercising!

    Don't you know it! Exercise has so many benefits ... whether or not you drop pounds. Congrats on the 22.
