Still at it

The scale still isn't moving much, but I am sticking to the exercise. Got my blood pressure rechecked and it has dropped 22 points!!!!!! I am now in the normal range! This is just from exercise - no meds. It is amazing how if you take care of your body, it will take care of you. I still struggle with drinking the ol' water - but I get atleast 5 fruits and veggies in everyday along with the exercise - so I feel so much more energy. Its funny how I used to hate exercise - but now I love it!
