Girl I have been walking this road for 7 years. It is not easy. But part of is mental. I have a mind set that this disease is not going to kill me without a fight. So when I am exercising I am crushing diabetes under my feet. With each movement I am over coming diabetes. Do not give up!! and do give in. This disease don't play. When ever you get discouraged look up diabetic complications. That should keep you motivated to keep fighting. emoticon Don't know about you but I may have diabetes but diabetes does not have me. Never feel like you are alone because you are not. Crush that thing under your feet!!
