Commitment to Exercise

I have really been pushing myself on the exercise front the last three weeks - I have been going to the gym with my friend 3 times a week and am now up to doing over an hour on the elliptical plus strength training while there. I have also been doing dumbbells and crunches at home and this week have added the treadmill back into the mix. I try to walk to do most of my errands - although the weather is turning - so I won't be able to do that much longer. The scale hasn't moved much - but I can see that I am looking slimmer - looser clothes etc - so I know I am building muscle and losing fat. I am determined to keep this up - I have more energy - and I definitely have a better attitude. It is also a little easier to avoid the treats - but I do still indulge once in a while - gotta love that chocolate!
