I have done better here than on any program I have ever been on. # 1 it is a lifestyle change not a diet.# 2 I am doing it for me not anyone else. # 3 I know exactly what is going into my mouth and what it contains in nutrition. If I don't know what is in it I don't eat it. If I mess up and eat something I shouldn't it is not the end of the world just the end of that meal or snack. You can adjust your day to fit it in and do a little more exercise to burn it off. There is really no reason for anyone to gain weight unless they aren't paying any attention to what and how much they are eating. You weigh once a week so if you blow it today at lunch you have a whole week to make up for it. You may not lose but you shouldn't gain. I am starting to walk more and climbing the stairs at work. That is the only place there are stairs. My house is at the top of a hill so a walk is up and down hills which helps to burn more calories. I have lost 32.5 lbs in four months and proud of it. I have been on some long plateaus and they will continue so you have to have patience.
