OMG...I'm so darn frustrated what the heck is wrong with me. I wanna eat everything in sight and I'm slacking in the exercise department. I do so well for awhile and then my mind tells me Okay Lisa since your doing so well you can have a few chips or some chocolate and then it doesn't stop from there. I always seem to sabotage all my efforts...why do I do this? Oh well just needed to vent Thanks for listening!

    Today is a new day! Get up, start over and you will be back on track in no time. This is so doable girl and I know you can do this. We can all get off track from time to time, There is no shame in falling off, the shame would be in not getting up! You are tuff and can and will do this. So shake off yesterday and move forward with a fresh look at this new lifestyle. I have faith in your ability! Hang in there!

    I do the same thing. Just take it one day at a time though. Can't change the past. It happened but it is also over. Today you can do the best you can to make good choices. and do what is best for you.

    I know how you feel...i used to do that all the time!! Just remember......tomorrow is a new day. Don't beat yourself up over it (it doesn't ever help) start fresh....baby steps. Take it one meal at a time....one 5 minute walk at a time! You can do this!! Stay Strong! emoticon

    Been there, done that. But here's what I know - No worries the wagon is in park - so hop back on - release the brake, kick it in gear and FORWARD you go girl!!!!!!!!!!! Believe and you will achieve!!

    You can get back up!! You realize what you're doing. That's an important first step. Now you need to want to change it. Getting motivated is easy. STAYING motivated is more difficult. I'm faltering a bit right now myself. I'm still doing terrific with the exercise, but I'm slowly burning myself out with eating right. I think I've been too strict with myself. I need to add some "fun" stuff back into my diet ... in moderation. Getting that right balance is always so hard. But I'm determined to do this ... are you??? Let's get it done!!

    I understand your feeling, especially on the food part. While I'm staying on track with fitness goals, I just can't stop "nibbling here and there". Any motivating help would be appreciated!
