If wishes came true

This year, I wish and really want to do cardio 5x weekly. I will do cardio Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday in the morning when the baby naps. I will alternate using my workout Dvd's and doing the workouts on my exercise bike. I will do level one of the BL Cardio Max for the first two weeks and then add level 2. I will do level 2 for the next two weeks and then add level 3. I will do level 3 from then on. When I use the bike, I will go up a workout every two weeks (there are 8 on my bike) I will then continue this or even build upon it in the New Year.
I wish and really want to stay positive every day. To accomplish this, I will find a quote that inspires me and post it on the fridge every week. I will read it to myself 10 X's a day. I will also write in my journal one sentence a day of what I am grateful for in my life. I will continue that or build upon it into the New Year.
I wish and really want to lose 25 pounds by the end of the year. To achieve this goal I am going to plan my meals every day using the food log and keeping my calorie count around 12oo calories each day, do my grocery shopping from my meal list and build up to doing cardio 5 times per week and strength training 3 x per week. I plan on losing 5 pounds in October, 10 pounds in November and 10 pounds in December. I will maintain this loss or even lose more into the New Year.
I wish and really want to keep track of everything I eat on the food log each and every day. I will log on to Sparks every morning and plan my menu for the day. I will do this before breakfast so I start the day off knowing what my meals are for each day. I will make this my priority in the mornings. I will continue this into the New Year!
