Good thing that wagon is close to the ground 'cause I sure fell off
it today! emoticon. I realized that I tend to over eat when I'm overtired. My new cat ,Buddy,arrived Thursday evening & I
was up 'till 4:30 Friday mornin petting & talking with him. Won't do that again( for a while anyway ) emoticonBeen sleepy all day.Sooooooo, "Hakuna Matata" (means no worries) I will gear up & start again tomorrow. emoticonNite all. :)

    Hi, one bad night doesn't make you a failure. Besides that, look at the good you did in comforting Buddy. You showed him you were his buddy. He has gone through alot just like some of us.     Perhaps that is why I over eat. I am always tired and have a difficult time sleeping. I have to start over from the beginning. I lost 30 pounds and gained at least twenty back. emoticon
    No one to blame except me. I just have to get started again. It is going to be tough. Good luck to you! I have a dog named Buddy. emoticon
